Honor Your Caregiver

While Dignity Health Policy does not allow the acceptance of personal gifts and tips - it does allow for the acceptance of donations directed to the St. Rose Dominican Health Foundation. The Foundation created the Honor Your Caregiver Program to recognize employees when a donation is made in their honor. Find out more, below.

Grateful Patient Program

Was there a nurse, doctor, therapist, foodservice aid, transporter, or other caregiver that helped you through your health care journey? Your gratitude is personal, and we hope you will take a moment to say “thank you” to that "St. Rose Saint" who made a difference in your life. Email us your words of appreciation to strosefoundation@dignityhealth.org.

We also invite you to show your gratitude by making a donation to the St. Rose Dominican Health Foundation in honor of that caregiver or volunteer who positively impacted you or a loved one. Your gift is significant! By making a gift through our Grateful Patient program you will help enhance the experience for future patients. You can designate your gift of any size to a specific area or allow us to direct the funds to the area of greatest need. 

Without mentioning your gift amount, your caregiver will be notified that a donation has been made in their honor. In addition, they will receive a copy of your note of thanks and a St. Rose Saint lapel pin to wear proudly.
