Grateful Patient Program

Your gratitude is more powerful than you think. We invite you to show your gratitude by making a donation to the St. Rose Dominican Health Foundation in honor of a caregiver or volunteer who positively impacted you or a loved one. We also invite you to share your appreciation story for the kindness you witnessed or the care you received. Your heartfelt tributes go a long way toward instilling pride and lifting the spirits of every caregiver fortunate to receive your blessing. Those honored receive recognition, a certificate, a unique pin, and your kind words about your care experience.

While Dignity Health Policy does not allow the acceptance of personal gifts and tips - it does allow for the acceptance of donations directed to the St. Rose Dominican Health Foundation. The Foundation created the Honor Your Caregiver Program to recognize employees when a donation is made in their honor.
